2018 Tangled

This blend of Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon was produced by uninoculated native yeast fermentation. The result is a wine of dark violet color and a chocolate cherry nose. Upon tasting there is medium high tannin and flavors of black current and black cherry upfront that give way to earthy leather finishing with a hint of espresso. 

This wine pairs well with fatty meats and cheeses and spicy dishes
