2022 Spectrum Blanc de Rouge
This unique wine is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Syrah. Three red varietals but made into a white wine.
The grapes were harvested early (at 20 brix), removed from the skins as soon as possible, and aged in concrete.
